LIFE Home Integration has chosen to develop a project that has a straightforward concept, yet is highly ambitious in practical terms: developing a control unit providing a comprehensive set of functions while ensuring absolute ease of use.

Ultimately, our intense activity focusing on analysing, studying and optimising automation devices for gates and doors has yielded something more that a mere product to be commercialised. It is a solution based on values such as practicality, reliability, resistance and ease of use – a solution we chose to call Digital Life.

A revolutionary simplicity

With regard to gate motor automation, our Digital LIFE board reflects some extremely innovative ideas: besides the fundamental goal of improving technical performance, our intention was to put greater emphasis on simplification.

Whereas a traditional board for gate automation must be programmed with the aid of a screwdriver, and using advanced technical-manual skills, our Digital LIFE board allows for programming the automation system by simply touching the buttons on the keypad, which has coloured LEDs, to activate the desired functions.
The user-friendly interface allows for rapidly accessing a completely digitalised system, which ensures greater efficiency in executing operations and a lower error margin in the overall gate automation process.

Innovative design (software and physical design)

In order to build the ideal automatic gate kit, LIFE Home Integration has set up an ongoing research department applied to software, for developing electronic components that are constantly up-to-date and highly performing.

Under the LIFE Digital Technology banner, this tight-knit team of experts works daily to implement to improve the speed and usability of automation units that are equipped with the Digital Life board.

But software is not the only area to which we devote passion and commitment. We are well aware that control units for gate motors must fit into an architectural context and, for this reason, we have worked to improve the aesthetics of each LIFE Home Integration device.

Be it a home, a company headquarters or a commercial facility, the design of gate automation units must blend harmoniously into its surroundings and must reflect a pleasant combination of forms, colours and materials.
